Where can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. You can also find your tracking information in your account’s order history on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do with some limitations on both destination countries and available products.
What is FSOILS’ return policy?
We will happily refund any product within 90 days of its delivery date for any reason. Past that 90-day window, we reserve the right to process any returns or refunds at our discretion.
How do I return merchandise to FSOIL?

I have a defective item. What do I do?

Is there any cost to returning merchandise?
No, we do not currently have any return or restocking fees.
How long does it take to receive a refund for returned merchandise?
Please allow two to three weeks after our receipt of your returned product to process a refund.
